Innovodex operates an AI-powered voice assistant that answers inbound business calls 24/7. When a caller interacts with our AI voice agent and verbally agrees to receive a follow-up text message, Innovodex will send a transactional SMS containing a demo booking link and relevant service information about our AI voice automation solutions.
No SMS messages are sent without explicit verbal consent obtained during the phone call.
2. How You Opt In
When you call the Innovodex AI voice assistant, the agent will ask near the end of the conversation:
“Would it be okay if I send you a quick text with your demo booking link so you have it handy?”
An SMS is only sent if you verbally confirm. Your phone number is captured automatically via caller ID from the inbound call.
3. Types of Messages You May Receive
- Demo booking links (Calendly scheduling)
- Appointment confirmation and reminders
- Follow-up information about AI voice automation services
- Onboarding-related communication after booking
We do not send promotional blasts, third-party advertisements, or unsolicited marketing content.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the AI voice assistant. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per inquiry.
