Innovodex provides professional engineering, software development, database synchronization, chatbot configuration, and digital growth consulting services. All custom solutions, blueprints, and code packages are subject to individual Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate site security, hosting malicious scripts, injecting SQL or webhook exploits, or using our AI voice systems for spam, harassment, or unauthorized communications.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovodex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems, code builds, or third-party integrations (e.g. LeadConnector, HubSpot, or OpenAI services).

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of this website or our engineering services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
